Sonam Lhochhar is a cherished festival observed by the Tamang people of Nepal’s Himalayan and hilly regions, symbolizing renewal, prosperity, and cultural heritage.

This Year of the Snake, we are thrilled to bring you a spectacular event featuring vibrant cultural performances, lively traditional dances, and an incredible musical lineup. Gracing the stage will be the talented and renowned singer Subani Moktan, along with the influential artists Shashikala Moktan, Goma Yonjan, and Nirmala Ghising whose music has touched countless hearts. Additionally, various artists based in New York City will showcase their exceptional musical talents, making this an evening to remember.
